Sopsar Rescue Organization was registered by the pastoralist community group members on 11th of March, 2020, who reside in Lokichoggio Sub-County. Having started with 31 members, SOPSAR RESCUE ORGANIZATION has over 500 registered members in Lokichoggio Sub-County in Turkana County. The SOPSAR RESCUE ORGANIZATION programme is structure in following sectorial areas: small arms violence, food security, securelivehood, child rescue, environment conservation and protection, cross cultural, TB/HIV/AIDS, small scale enterprise, small scale farming, monitoring and evaluation, peace keeping conflict and resolution, capacity building, education and training, collaboration and networking, water and sanitation, lobbying and advocacy, arid land resources development, old aged, collecting data analysis, crosscutting issues, fight harmful practices, human rights. The organization it’s multicultural and dynamic in human optional in rescuing life during disaster seasonal. The organization it’s multicultural and dynamic in human optional in rescuing life during disaster seasonal. The SOPSAR RESCUE ORGANIZATION is a rescue organization that helps the orphans’ vulnerable children, old aged and all the people that are suffering from drought and floods victims that occurred recently within Lokichoggio area. Children were rescued by this organization. They had severe diarrhea and was taken to Lopiding Sub-County hospital. There are more others left in kraals but the organization is preparing the means to take they took some green beans that later affected them. The children needs to be given nutrition food to help those who are multi nutritious. SOPSAR RESCUE ORGANIZATION responded and took the children and their mothers to the hospital due to diarrhea. The people affected above are the ones identified and are reportedly caught by SOPSAR RESCUE ORGANIZATION. There are some who have lost their properties and lives but the organization is still on the track to identify the other unknown people. SOPSAR RESCUE ORGANIZATION is closely and currently working to bring an effective approach to assist the above affected people who have been affected severely by hunger and floods victims. This project tackles the dual challenges of child rescues, floods, food security, droughts, water and sanitation in some of the major trouble here in Lokichoggio.
The Sopsar Rescue Organization has the main objectives to enable them work well in implementing other objectives the Main Objectives are as follows:-
The SOPSAR RESCUE ORGANIZATION Team during the KRAALs floods conflicts in Lokichoggio, the team keeps them safe by offering some foodstuffs.
The SOPSAR team rescuing the floods affected people to look for a better settlement for them.

The SOPSAR RESCUE ORGANIZATION promoting peace among the CREC 5 with the workers in Lokichoggio.
The Sopsar Rescue Organization is working on to improve the lives of the pastoralism community that the organization rescued the locals living in the rural part of Northern Kenya and managed to divide them into groups that were successfully registered by the Social Service Department, to enable easier way for helping them help themselves through working in team work and also get supports.
SOPSAR managed to have 60 groups registered and the organization being their umbrella.
